| What is TRAMS? |
|
"Transportation Resources Accountability Monitoring System" (TRAMSTM) addresses the requesting and managing of large volumes of bus journeys on a daily basis, to enable better reconciliation and accountability with the various bus companies.
Combined with TimemaXTM and GPRS, absolute can not only monitor vehicles, but account for the passengers on each trip, enabling buses to become mobile clocking stations.
Bus routes are pre-assigned and entered into the system to enable trip monitoring. If a vehicle does not pass through a route point, or enters an illegal area, an alarm will be triggered and the cause investigated TRAMSTM uses the latest in mapping technology, including Google Earth. |
